A friend gave me a bunch of pucuk manis which I’ve never cooked at home before. I quickly searched for recipe online on how to cook pucuk manis and found out the common dish would be masak lemak putih with keledek or labu kuning.
To be safe, you have to cook the labu first before you put in the pucuk manis so that the pumpkin will have an ample time to soften. If you put in pucuk manis first then it will wilt too much by the time your labu turn soft.
As usual I used coconut milk in box (santan kotak) brand MS to cook this masak lemak putih.
