Masak Lemak Bayam Hijau


I rarely eat bayam hijau (green spinach). I prefer bayam merah because of the taste. Anyway, after browsing through some of the recipe for bayam hijau, I decided to cook masak lemak putih with it.

It’s the same way of cooking masak lemak tauge or kobis except you substitute the vegetable with bayam hijau. Don’t simmer it too long on the stove as the green spinach wilt quite easily.
